I DO THINGS A BIT DIFFERENTLY

I’m all about what makes you, uniquely you. While I love a good ol’ sunset session out West, I absolutely fizz when my clients like to incorporate what they love. I’ve shot families surfing and hiking, couples baking, kids reading books at home and pregnant Mumma’s just simply taking the dog for a walk with their love. Choosing an activity that lights you up and gets you having fun is the best way to get comfortable during your session. The result is less posing and lots of laughs. I see my job as capturing you exactly as you are in this extraordinary phase of your life. Because it is all extraordinary. Whether you’re newly engaged, celebrating 50 years of marriage, expecting a little mini-me or just want to capture your family together before your big teenagers move out of home. There is never a poor excuse for investing in beautiful professional photographs of your life.

Sessions start from $560 NZD. Payment plans are available.
Packages start at 30 images for a bite sized session. However this is just a guide for the very minimum number of images you will receive. I do not withhold any of your images and request you pay for the extras. You will receive all of the very best shots from your shoot. This easily surpasses my minimums every time. All images are carefully selected and edited by me and you should expect to receive your gallery in 2-4 weeks.
Family sessions are available for a maximum of 6 people. To add more family members, please enquire for a copy my pricing guide.
A: I am on the Hibiscus Coast in Auckland. However I travel all over Auckland for shoots. Travel costs are free for Auckland sessions. Additional travel costs apply for out of Auckland sessions so please enquire for more info. However if I am travelling to your area already, any travel costs will be waived. So keep an eye out on my Instagram so you can learn where I’ll be and when!
Yes absolutely, I can offer some guidance on what may or may not work well. And if you decide no activities feel quite right to shoot, then let’s focus on the location. It can be a local beach that is special to your family, your favourite bush walk or your maunga. Even a simple picnic can be really cool. I’m a big fan of golden hour, so Auckland’s West Coast is always the best backup option and we will still have tonnes of fun.
I only ever carry out minor touch ups to temporary blemishes, like pimples, grazes or bruises. I will never alter the way you look. If you’re looking for a photographer that will cinch your waist and smooth your skin to look like a babies butt, then we aren’t going to be the right match!
Any damn thing you please! Neutrals are definitely on trend, however I think you should wear whatever makes you comfortable and uniquely you. Do you have a favourite top? Are you always repping your favourite sports team? Does one of your offspring constantly wear unicorn themed clothing? I’m all about embracing this. It’s representative of this time in your life and I encourage you to embrace it to. You can even do an outfit change if you like! Start off with some fancy clothes and then change into your pyjamas for all I care! I welcome all the weird and wonderful that makes you and your loved ones you and just being COMFY.
