RETURNS POLICY
I want all of my customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your print, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below:
Faulty, Misprinted or Damaged Goods
If you receive a print that is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your damaged order to request a replacement. You can reach me by email at hello@lolaphotography.co.nz.
Please include your order number, a photo of the damage and packaging with any other relevant details.
If we require the original back, we will pay for the cost to return it.
Change of Mind
All Lola prints are made to order, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
I recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space and if you are unsure, please contact me before hitting that buy now button! One awesome trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and stick it to the wall. This will give you a great sense of how the print will look in your space.
Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
